Financial Options
Our pediatric dental care requires payment at time of service. We work with a variety of insurance providers to provide affordable care and will discuss treatment plans with you before work is done for your child’s smile. If you are an orthodontic patient, we offer an in-house financing plan for patients without insurance. Our office accepts cash, check and credit cards.
Can I Sit With My Child?
Yes! We have an open-door policy at our office, and you are more than welcome to stay with your child during every part of their dental or orthodontic visit. Comfort is the key to an excellent experience, and we want the both of you to leave our office smiling.
Can I Photograph My Child at Their Appointment?
We know your child is adorable, and while that is true in all respects, we ask that you refrain from taking photos of your child during their time in the dental chair. We want to follow HIPAA privacy laws and regulations and ask that you only take photos at our fun and playful designated photo zones.
How Can I Make an Appointment?
Appointments at our pediatric office are designed for your convenience. We often see younger patients during the morning hours and work with school children during that same time period to help keep them refreshed and happy during their visits with us. If you need a dentist note for the absence, we are happy to provide a letter for your child’s school.
Can I Reschedule My Appointment?
Yes. However, like with most appointments, we require at least 48 hours’ notice of cancelation. This allows us to fill time slots that would otherwise be wasted, which helps other young patients in our care. If something unexpected happens, we understand and encourage you to call our office to inform us.
I Need a Caregiver or Relative To Bring My Child to Their Appointment
No problem! If this is needed, please complete and return our consent form before the appointment, indicating that you allow dental work for your child.
